Sorry, cherful, that it took me so long to answer. I was so busy lately.

How do you feel at your current job (or if you are unemployed, how do you feel in general)? Are you optimistic? Is your current work fulfilling for you?

For your current situation I got Ace of Pentacles meaning that you should currently get some reward for you past hard work or at least that you should be emotionally satisfied with the work you have done and the rewards that you got because of it.

With the Hermit as a card of your action I would say that you need to stop a little bit and take a look inside of you. You might have some problems, doubts, but only you can solve them. Perhaps take a while to really think through what is it that you want from you career life, especially where in career do you find the meaning of your life, what has essential meaning for you, when it comes to career.

With hanged man as an outcome I would say that in following four months you will perhaps be in a phase of ‘hanging in the limbo’ (not necessarily unemployed, but I don’t want to say whether you will be unemployed or employed however) - this phase will do a world good for you. Perhaps you will (thanks to the Hermit) finally understand what it is that you want and reach towards your goals is. I would say that a good career offer is ahead of you because of that!
