1- the turning point- I think there was a bit of a relief that things were finally starting to move in a better direction again.

2- excess- reminds you not to overstress yourself with being obsessive with the person.

3- peace- peace has been restored, and there is a balance struck. There are feelings of being on the same page and achieving harmony.

did you in some way impress her? I feel like NM thinks you did some good job and is talking to other people about the good work you are doing. I would say NM would maybe even want you to lead something if you dont already, like to be a mentor or something like this. I feel NM might sometimes seem as though she is tough on you ( and others) but it feels like NM does this to push more to the limits as it seems you have even more to offer. I do get the energy she likes you. Even in some way sees you as better than others

1- innocence. Come into it with fresh new eyes and don't think anyone has an ulterior motive. Be spontaneous and expect the unexpected.

2- Holding together- expect more communication and teamwork. A union. Relax, and be open minded with this.

3- Gathering Together- coming together.

your intership - I get the feelings its been deliberated ( or still in process ) weather to make a space for you and keep you there, but I feel also that your name has gone out there to put in a good word for you at some other place, to maybe hire you after you finish the intership. During your last few months, I feel like you will be given some bigger task to prove yourself also. I dont feel much bad will happen, there might be a hick up or bump but I do get the feeling all will be smoothed out, and even after, that you will not wait long to be hired some place. I keep feeling your name being said in means of a good word.

AR - this coworker, well I have mixed feelings at one point I feel the intentions are good, the thoughts are good but also at the other end I feel like there is some want to outshine you and to even maybe want to backstab you. I dont feel true bad intentions more jealousy over even silly things like popuarity at work, age, looking better or things in this range. I do feel like the overall thoughts are good and wanting to be friendly but there is some weird feeling that not all of AR is truthful and honest, there are some bits that are underlined with some bad thoughts which are hidden behind a smile.
