I am guessing this project with your organization is a contractual project?

Here's the chart:

Judging from this chart, it tells me it's a yes. You are Venus and Mars represents the french organization, for the 7th house rules business partnerships. This is a definite yes to me, and I believe that it will be a conversation that will result in you two being able to move on from your past and will create renewed emotional strength for you. 2. I don't think so- but it's connected to the first one
3. Verbally... no... i'm not even sure why, there are some feelings. seems like he ha a block or issues that made him unable to do so. Childhood issues?
