Ok honestly I don't see a lot happening at the very moment in this chart. You have a huge t-square with the apex at your ASC/jupiter conjunction. However jupiter is currently in your p12th house. I think jupiter needs to progress into your 1st (cross over your ASC) for things to really happen. Also, Mercury rules your p7th house and right now Mercury is in Aquarius. It won't go into Gemini until the summer time so that's when I think you might see something happen. Unfortunately all this hype about this moon/venus/Mars conjunction in Aries right now isn't hitting anything major in your chart that would bring Union between you two. It did just pass over your pComposite Lust which very well could be where these incredibly strong urges are coming from, but for now things will be on hold, if you will, for a bit. Hope that helps.
