I'm hesitating a bit on this one. Or at least I did when I read the question, because everyone has different ideas of karma and what it means

No changing lines - usually it's one changing to another, seems that you are here to help people and doing that will better your karma or at least fulfill your soul contract/mission.

Thank you very much for this-it was actually reassuring despite your hesitation. I must admit I had to research as I know nothing about I Ching, and this speaks of joy an happiness, and with no changing lines it indicates a "joyous event or time of celebration". Maybe it could be comparable to the judgement card in that living in joy and spreading happiness brings about positivity; the law of attraction.

I think it's saying you need to be clear about where you stand so that you can move forward. i.e. because of your feelings it seems that you are being affected and almost 'tailoring' your actions, etc. So in order to move forward mastering your own emotions first in an objective manner.

Associating with someone. Things go well, this is not mistake. Be well on time, if you're late things won't go well. If you cast an oracle about the nature of this association on its first day, you will know what always will be the situation with this.

I think this speaks about finding a mentor or finding someone who will stick their neck out for you, so it's them advocating instead of yourself. This is what will make your career or help with promotions and the like. Nurturing that community and having others speak up for you.
