My current contract at work ends today , and I've been offered a part time contract with another company. However, I am having a very difficult time committing to them and am wondering of someone can read in his for me and let me know if this job looks positive for me or negative ? I just can't decide what to do.

Initially things seem promising and the interview even can go great. There will be out and out communication but once you join there will be troubles and you might even get in a state of boredom. Also there will be trouble from authorities in the longer run.

This person is conflicted themselves, and not quite sure what they want from you...it seems like they are attracted to your disposition. They want to be a part of it. You seem to be a grounding force, and they are trying to figure out how to have you in their life on their terms. You are right to feel a bit guarded.
