I am sorry to intervene! I like to share an experience - One day I was at my work and all of a sudden, my hands almost stopped to work like I had no control of them. I took sick time and came home. For next few days, I felt the same, that I had no control with my hands and they were not working as per my brain.
I got scared and I called my family. Everyone listened and remained silent. Then one of my niece told me that one of my closest family member took my old clothes and performing some rituals to control me. I called the same person because she didn't want to harm me but yes, she was trying to do something. She stopped immediately. She wanted to take control of my heart and emotions and instead the control went on my hands.

If you believe and you experience that you are feeling negative energy - then there are ways, like cleansing with sage, cleansing chakras, etc. There must be some post here, I wish I could guide you more.

I also did feel like I was in a negative space for a time there, so I guess that's why I was open minded to try it. If you want to try the cleansing bath, here are the directions. It was given to me by AV:

All you need is one cup of sea salt.
Fill the tub with water and as you fill the tub sprinkle in the sea salt. Swirl the water around with your hand and recite the Lord's prayer or any prayer you wish to say that connects you to higher power.

Once you get into the water, ask to release any negativity or blocks surrounding you. Pray for hope, faith, and love to enter into your life. Basically, I found if I just pray and ask for love and more positivity to enter into my life it seems to help me.

Stay in the water as long as you wish. When you are ready to get out you MUST let all of the water run out of the tub before getting out. This is key to releasing the blocks and negativity.

Now AV recommended I do this 7 days straight and I did. I must say, the first 2-3 days I did it I felt completely drained and exhausted when I got out of the tub. I even cried. She said this is completely normal. It's like a release of some sort. I did it the full 7 days and maybe it was just a psychological thing, but I really felt better. More clear.
