My chiron is in cancer

I have a book on Chiron and it says that we sometimes discount our own abilities (Sun) in comparison to others.

The opposition is usually an aspect that requires you to give something to both. In this case take care that in your efforts to help others, you don't feel less of a person in doing something for them.

my sister went through that but hers only lasted a year and a half. And hers is in Taurus. my sisters fears did come true because she knew that she was weak and she let people push her around. At this time she started working in a daycare and the parents did push her around. It wasn't the kids that were being bullies. my sister often questioned whether or not she was good as a child care worker and also as a mother because she is a mother. there were a few parents that would argue with her and one of them put her finger in my sisters face and then some parents would blame her...for the dumbest stuff such as if their kid got a scrape or bruise or another kid took the toy away. She cried a.lot but again she's always been weak and I'll say to this transit it was like enough was enough and finally she started saying something back to these parents because mentally she was going to collapse if she didn't. and now if she would ever start again and get a redo she would never let those parents dictate her workmanship or even insinuate what kind of caregiver she was. So the transit caused her to cry and caused her to really think about whether or not she was good at caretaking, but in the end she knew she was and she knew what she was made out of. it was more emotional in confidence issues than any other type of issues that she dealt with she didn't lose her job or anything like that.

It could have to do with avoiding unpleasantness and "choosing not to know"
Or pretending everything is fine when it's really not

In your situation it could be that you are refusing to see your relationship clearly, or are closing your heart to him. Or maybe its him who is the one who is refusing to decide.

You are beautiful, I'm sure he thinks you are too.
