Six if wands- I dont think he is so much angry at you or anything. I think initially he was very in terestinged in knowing you learning about you as it was a challenge? He has accomplished that

Four of cups- I think he is just kinda..bored or like is thinking grass greener on the other side? He needscexvneeds excitement feels that is gone.

Six of cups- I think initially upon meeting or talking to you things in his mind were awesome fun lively exciting he wants it to be that way again...thus isnt a bad thing when meeting ppl your building a rapport or looking for sonething special specific he wants that type of relation with you fun things right now maybe a bit bland for him id say trying making things more exviting!

I got four of wands

So he definitely genuinely liked you, but you felt a bit more serious than him. He was not willing to put the effort in to have a relationship, but I don't feel he was using you. He knows you are a good, nice person & attractive, he just won't commit right now..
