Ok! First of all I truly believe that he does like you and got the word 'home' while reading... so he feels like home with you.
But there are some obstacles currently in his life that need his attention. Some sort of decision should be made from his side soon so he can move forward... That's why this 'delay' feeling...

Hmm..well he is currently unemployed. Sounds more like me, haha. I decided to reach out the following day. We ended up spending time together the day after I initiated contact (he ended up initiating it the next day).

Prior to this I told him I wasn't going to open the door for him if he tried to come over (last month during Mercury rx, lol). So he said he would "leave me alone". And didn't initiate contact for a while after that until I did so.

A couple of days ago he ended up doing a huge favor for me without me asking him to. Thought that was very nice of him, heh.

Just wanted to update a bit on that! =]

Yes I think so - is your boss male with fair hair and/or has mainly earth in his chart? These cards are generally positive emotional cards, so yes i think you will get what you want.

I should also note that QD and 6S fell out while shuffling, 6S can show a lack of co-operation(can be from yourself or others).

I pulled two clarifiers and got 6C and QS. 6C can show improvements in communication and/or a relationship, perhaps with someone who has the qualities of the QS(dark haired and/or has mainly air in her chart and/or might be a bit of a detached person).

In short, yes I think you will get one

I'm still learning on the card interpretation, so i could be off. Let me know if it resonates, it will help with interpretation.
