I'm going to say no.
It looks like there are other forces involved pulling the two of you apart from each other as of right now. I think you'll wind up looking for a place without her. The Hanged Man shows a man being pulled away without his will. She would have loved to be your roommate. She loved your energy and feels a bit of regret that she can't do it. It looks like she has to move away because of something outside of her will? She doesn't really want to go but it looks like there's something going on. She has a lot on her plate. I feel like you will find a roommate soon though. The person that you will be moving in with is closer than you think. Goddess of the moon he does miss you, he was you as the one who he could have had a family with,the potential to start something long term but he got scared.He's lonely without you, very sad, and made some promises to you that he didn't keep
But he's going thru a transition/change and he will come back but its up to you if you wanna go down that path again
