For me it was like my thoughts were not my own. My heart was saying one thing and my head another. They were in a battle so to speak. I was tossing and turning, sweating. Once I got away from the person doing it I was much better it stopped completely. Now I wear black tourmaline for protection. I got an amulet with black tourmaline, amyethist, clear quartz, and black onyx. I put it on a strand of black tourmaline beads.
Psychic vampires will drain your energy, give you headaches and you wonder why you went from feeling so good to so blah... In basically no time at all.
People can do that by just telling you their problems and then they feel better but you feel drained. Because they took your energy and left you with their crap. I personally cannot stand this. I remember sitting on couch and a person walked by me with so much negativity on them they were physically sick. I could feel the fear eminating off this person they had no idea why they were sick. But holding fear like that in your body would make you sick. I had to walk away, people will try to push that on you and make themselves feel better leaving you the baggage that is not yours to deal with. They have to learn to deal with their own emotions.

As for others they say it is the headaches and your thoughts seem not to be your own true thoughts.

I always have sea salt on hand for my baths. Salt will draw the negative energy out of your body.

I know air people do this with mental manipulation. They project their thought on to you.
