great what's your question? My question is is today one of my bosses who is the man got really short with me in kind of spoke to me in a way that for me was shocking cuz he never has before. I feel like I rub him the wrong way. But he was basically telling me I'm too hard on this program in which I audit.... because I'm an auditor.... and I need to lay off and let it go and he doesn't see any problems and I'm just looking for problems.

. I just don't understand what happened today and I don't understand why this man isn't too fond of me. Can you look into that please

Cherful can I exchange with you?

I hung out with R the other night and I wanna hang out with him again, but he hasn't called. How should I go about texting him? Or should I wait for him to do it?

has it been like a week? I don't know why he hasn't contacted but I feel like if you wait he will contact you. However I think that you should initiate. but it should be something simple and short. like something that reminds you love him. Such as I just went to Starbucks and get a Frappuccino and it totally reminded me of you. then I think it would open up open communication

you contacted him Friday, correct. I don't think he's holding any type of grudge. like I can't see a reason why he would not contact you back that doesn't seem to be any uncomfortable feelings or anything like that coming on his end. Maybe he needs reassurance again and therefore you touch base with him on something totally easy and breezy about, something to make him laugh out or have a happy moment. But I do think it will hear from him even if you don't contact him. Why he hasn't yet come on I honestly don't know I just don't send anything negative coming from his point of view though. So I hope I'm right on that

Oh ok....it's only been two days. I really think you're fine I think he's going to contact you. but for some reason I'm still thinking that you should lighten the mood by sending him an easy breezy text

and you can answer the same question I have posted up above

What happened with your boss isn't your fault or even you. Its not personal at all, he's stressed and something is going on in his home life that is making him want to be anywhere else than at work. Try sending him mellow vibes, he needs it from someone lol
