A considerable amount can be seen in between 2 charts without exact birth time.. But, the birth time can be really helpful in showing soul groupings/twin flame/karmic potential, because of the angles (especially the IC in the case of interpreting charts of people within specific soul groups.. And in the charts of twin flames, if aspected correctly.. Especially when the AC and all the other angles are aspected strongly too.. After all, the energies of the houses are probably some of the most personal/prominent things in a chart in my opinion..)

So, do you know the actual date of birth though?
