I don't know exactly when I started but it was more sporadic than anything, its been more intense recently. you think that might have been it? I was feeling tired and having dizzy spells at work, I thought it was my blood pressure or something but its perfect. Doc didn't find anything physically wrong with me. I have had anxiety in the past thoughIP: Logged |

Yes, it usually is in my experience. I stopped reading on etsy/bitwine because I couldn't physically handle the intensity. I would be tired and not being able to do anything else on the day except stay in bed. At some point you'll need to know your cut off with that- or find a way to not let it affect you by grounding (although it dulls the intuition). Drink loads of water, eat well. And just try to limit who you read for when push comes to shove. IP: Logged |

I know about the energies, and i have noticed after doing readings i feel a little tired, also if I had received an indepth reading but i didnt think it was to the point were it could be affecting my health to the point that it was. Although i feel a bit tired sometimes afterwards, my readings are quite short ones. I did actually start a thread not so long ago asking about this topic. After visiting the docs I had put it down to anxiety or something, because physically i was fine he couldnt find anything wrong. But i hadn't done as many this week and actually feel alot better. So it's interesting.....thanks for the tips IP: Logged |

Sorry to add my two cents, but really appreciate the two of you... I find that clearing with sage, incense and the like is good. Even washing of hands after each reading or a swallowing a small pinch of salt. Just some ritual to remind of beginning middle and end. Also meditation or yoga also helps to ground. Just some sort of practice to help you set and maintain boundaries. Hugs to both! IP: Logged |

It's honestly more than just learning your limits- it's also protecting your mental health and to an extent, your physical health. <3I could use intuition for my readings, but that tires me out and drives me insane- I find it easier and less tiring to read my cards-- perhaps it's the barrier... practise safe reading? (yes, i've gone nuts.. so tired) IP: Logged |

Sorry I missed this, Mincey you make a good point there. I'm limiting the number I do in a given time, I stop for a break as soon as I feel tired. I'm generally feeling better now. We really need to take care of ourselves. Thanks both IP: Logged |
