my first x husband and i are planning to remarry when our divorces from our current spouses are final.
his wife is chinese.
he paid 10K to get her green card.
he is planning to divorce her.
is she gonna fight him on the divorce?
how bad is this battle gonna be?
will she go peacefully or will she try to drag the divorce on for a long time?
basically,
how long do you think this will take for their divorce to be final?
