Yikes!!! So B has been through some tough times to say the least, and at some level has needed rest and privacy from the rest of the world. Perhaps mental anguish- something was said that bothered B or an event that required them to need distance. B felt/feels defeated about something, but is working towards having a fresh start. They have been overthinking things and going through it several times in their head, kind of like being their worst enemy. The worst of it is already over, and now B is looking to get back on their feet.

Depends on what time frame you are referring to. What the cards tell me is that the two of you are going to have a make a choice and could decide to part ways.
