also update : he did contact, I havent replied or opened it yet but he sent 2 messages ( 20 mins apart)

I signed a year contract to be there bussiness manager for that company that's national and start the business here. Its basically a bar crawl generated towards tourists. I had to consult with bar owners, negotiate etc without gettinf paid because I only get paid off of the sales.
All of the sales ppl I hired are my friends..last week when I spoke to my boss he said no sales yet, and I put it all over social media I have been telling ppl I know and see and meet.

I'm scared to call him and ask him. Aboutsales I haven't asked since last week.

This event is Saturday...i have been working for free only paidnoff first event sales...how will this Saturday go?

Not the best. I feel like the energy going into this is not being returned and I feel that you are close to wanting to move one and give up.
Also I dont feel your friends put in enough or the same effort you do so I feel like there is not so much movement in this right now
