With the sun card here, it definitely looks positive for your headhunting endeavors. You are going to find what you're looking for. Expect some uncertainties to occur in the middle of this, you need to devise a plan B to secure your candidate in case anything else happens. Is your candidate a man? Overall it looks like you're going to be successful.

Is he a love interest?

for 1) I pulled 6 of pents as yes or no card: this is a yes. Clarification card: emperor. Again a yes.

for 2) i had the feeling to make a 6 cards spread:
6 of pents, 3 of pents, death (clarification card: queen of pents), Ace of pents, 10 of wands, 10 of cups
For me it this combination looks like being friendly and outgoing and forgiving to him, to accept him more the way he is, to give up the idea to become his gf asap (in case he is a love interest) and to indulge yourself in work and have a happy social life.
To make it short: be nice, accept him the way he is, maybe even a bit aloof to him, show him that you have a life and I am sure you will become irresistible for him

Crossroads could mean you have been looking for many ways around your new projects. You'll need to maintain friendly relations with the people involved with the projects to get further. I feel like its possible you'll be getting a project from a connection too. Lots of communications and putting yourself out there with these projects. If you manage to handle this, you'll be successful in this.[/B]
