It would be helpuful if you would post your birth chart and maybe explain a little more what your actual question is about
You say you feel like you may be infertile... how have you come to that conclusion ? Have you ever tried to conceive and failed doing so ?
Or is it some inner fear with no actual proof ?
I personnally know people with Chiron, even Saturn in 5th who have managed to build healthy relationships and families
No need to be fatalist

As for the square of Venus and Pluto to your natal Saturn, I wouldn't consider it, orb too wide

Which is a good indicator concerning family, nurturing and mothering.

Along with your North Node in 4th house, I would say a pregnancy would more easily occur after the first Saturn Return.

My sister has been trying to conceive for 2 years with no result, Saturn was transiting her 5th, I warned her it wasn't the right moment but she kept trying, growing depressed, thinking she'd grown infertile, she's been trying hormones with no result.
3 years of fear and frustration, eventually she stopped everything. As Saturn was entering her 6th house, she became pregnant with twins, naturally :-D

I don't think you are infertile, the house ruled by Saturn or occupied by it is likely to bring dissatisfaction, fear and frustration until the first Saturn return so be patient and relaxed, it will come to you eventually.
