There is a crossroads at the moment and I think someone is making a decision about your project. Is that right? I do see it as going forward though. But not without some difficulty.

Someone is standing in your way. But it's not a lost cause at all. The door of opportunity is open but there are things standing in the way. I can't seem to pick up clearly on what this is but I sense it's one person? Let me know.
