He just sent me a text and told him to quit texting him.

I asked if C was in a relationship and got stars, lilies, and rider. yes I do feel he's in a relationship but I feel like he isn't exactly the most faithful of people though.

It seems like he is. It looks like they haven't been too long together. Doesnt look like a very solid relationship yet. They have more of a friendly vibe to them overall, no deep feelings but easygoing with each other.

I would say yes he is still interested in you but he is trying to juggle you with other priorities at this time. He is still interested but feels like things are familiar and somewhat bored with how things have been progressing. My advice is to just try to change things up in this connection.
