I'm by no means a numerologist; just an enthusiast. But I couldn't just leave you hanging like this. That being said, however, a lot of what I'm going to write is from what I've learned/taken notes on when I was trying to figure out my numbers myself.

So the Life Path represents who you are at birth and the natural traits you'll carry throughout this life, according to astrology-numerology.com. The lower the number, the less complex and more direct is the lesson to be assimilated. Apparently Life Paths 1-6 deal with "fundamental concepts." I think this means very large or general concepts that relate very specifically to the person's waking life. My Life Path number is a 19/1 so I'm dealing with individuality, independence and attainment which seems very basic.

Yours is also a Karmic Debt number meaning that in the past, others were hurt because of our doing in a past life. When a Karmic Debt number is present, we are suppose to "p[ay] [it] up in this life only by over-coming the strong negative effects of the very same forces. A Karmic Debt weighs a person down with negative potential. [They] must struggle against [their] own integral nature to pay the debt and balance the account. With the Debt, [they are] forced to start at the negative extreme [of the reduced number]." ( Numerology: The Complete Guide by Matthew Oliver Goodwin)

A 16/7 Karmic Debt signifies an "abuse of love." This means that in a past life there were illicit love affairs that obviously hurt other people. The 1 represents the self which was put first, and the 6 represents love/romance, responsibility, and family that were put last. The 7 shows how to pay off this debt which is often characterized by being alone and seeking out spirituality.

With this Karmic Debt number, however, we (I have this number twice in my "Core Numbers") will go through a constant cycle of destruction and rebirth. When we think things are going good, something sudden and unexpected happens(usually a loss of friends and relationships) and everything we've built is torn down to be rebuilt once more. (I think the tarot card The Tower represents this Karmic Debt number.) "A spiritual rebirth is required to release the karmic debt...Life presents the 16/7 with challenges that will humble the individual, and it's precisely this humility that's the key to future success. An individual with this number will learn to follow a course of higher consciousness that will come from the continual cycle of destruction and rebirth."

So the main lesson of your life is to deal with this karma that you have and learning to be spiritual, analytical, and introspective. But this will be even more hard because there a no other 7s in your "Core Numbers" (the Life Path, Birthday, Expression, and Heart's Desire). It only appears in more difficult placements such as a Karmic Lesson (which is common), Challenge number, and Pinnacles.

Challenges and pinnacles come in cycles and at certain times in our lives based on our Life Path number. 36 subtracted by the LP number gives us the time frame for the first one. My LP is 1 so my first challenge and pinnacle lasts from birth to I'm 35. Yours will last until you're 29.

Challenge numbers represent the physical world, and it challenges us to grow in a certain direction. Pinnacles are our attitudes and viewpoints and what we learn from the challenge. With 7 being a challenge number for you, this means that from birth to 29, the universe is trying to steer you towards the goals of your Life Path. Unfortunately with this, this means that the lessons of the 7 can be very intense. I guess in a way this can be both positive and negative. Since your LP starts with the negative side of the 7 (withdrawn, alienated, depressed, aloof, cynical, etc.) perhaps the 7 challenge can bring out the more positive traits of the 7 and make attaining the lessons of your 16/7 LP easier? But at the same time it could be the opposite.

The 11/2 pinnacle is a hard pinnacle to deal with because it's a Master Number, and usually when we're not operating on its higher frequency we operate at its reduced number and typically on its negative side to make matters worse. The 11/2 pinnacle is emotional and the 7 is not. There is obvious conflict here. Again, this can be "good" or "bad" depending how you look at it. This can erode some of the 7's tendency to shut off emotions and be alone because the 11/2 forces the individual to be in touch with their emotions, to feel, not to intellectualize.

Edit. I don't about some site's copyrights so I'll just leave the links. http://www.decoz.com/Numerology_Pinnacle_D.htm

So this isn't the BEST of placements but since your balance number is also a 11/2, I think this may help you while you deal with both this challenge and pinnacle.

"This is a period of enormous spiritual and personal growth. You will come out of it with a highly uncommon clarity and understanding of life. At the same time, it is a period of enormous demands, emotionally and spiritually. Any attachment you might have to specific identity traits - who you think you are and why you are here, for example - is constantly challenged." So this isn't the BEST of placements but since your balance number is also a 11/2, I think this may help you while you deal with both this challenge and pinnacle.

Karmic debt makes me sad

And I hope the 11/2 balance number helps. I read that balance numbers can't contain master numbers since they regard your attitude opposed to your potential/life experiences but in my opinion your attitude determines all of those things so idk what to think.

Do you have any thoughts on the 14/5 pinnacle coming afterwards? 7 goes into 14 twice, so it almost seems compatible despite karmic debt.

And what about the pinnacle number being the same as the life path number? I read somewhere this is fortunate?

But considering my life path is a karmic debt maybe these seemingly fortunate things will only be fortunate on a spiritual lesson level instead of worldly success....

Hello! I've always meant to come back and finish the rest of your numbers but I was kinda waiting for a response before I went on.

Anyway, yeah. Karmic debt numbers sucks. I have 5 of them (LP, HD, Expression, B-Day, my first name; I have ALL the karmic debts so I must of been a terrible person in a lot of past lives lol). I read on a forum on here that it's natural to have all this "bad" karma since we've probably reincarnated so many times over, but that still doesn't mean it's not hard to deal with on an individual basis, you know?

I don't know a lot about balance numbers because with the books I had 1) I didn't finish lol and 2) they sort of vaguely covered it. But I think when you have a lot of numbers that repeat themselves--like your 3's in your Expression and Heart's Desire--the energy of those numbers are easier to deal with because they're not different. Since your pinnacle and balance number are the same, maybe when the pinnacle gets difficult to handle, your balance number can express the more positive side of the 11/2 which may in turn help you with learning the lessons of your pinnacle?

(I don't know about the idea that balance numbers can't contain Master Numbers. It seems weird because the Master Number still exits whether the numerologist believes it should or not, right?)

These are just some thoughts. In the next couple of posts I'll try to help with the other pinnacle numbers.

Your second pinnacle (and challenge) lasts from when you're 29-38.

The 14/5 is also a Karmic Debt number. It deals with the "abuse of freedom." We've basically "found freedom for [our]selves at the expense of others." The 1 represents the self that was put first, and the 4 represents the hard work that we didn't do.

Like with all Karmic Debt numbers, we will act upon the negative, maybe even destructive side of the reduced number until--at least according to this site called feliciabender--"the lessons [of the Karmic Debt] have been understood, acknowledged, acted upon, and mastered."

Link: http://feliciabender.com/karmic-numbers-2/karmic-number-145/ (I don't know how to hyperlink on here.)

Since this is a pinnacle number for you, however, I think it operates slightly different than if it was one of your "Core Numbers." But, nonetheless, I think the overall lesson/meaning of the number still applies here. I guess in your case, the lessons obtained with this pinnacle is a little harder and maybe will have a greater toll on you emotionally. I think this is especially so since this occurs when you're 29-38 considering what this debt entails.

Edit.

The 5 is the number of sensuality and sexuality, so we tend to put whatever we deem pleasurable over things that need to get done. We want things that are new and exciting. So the lesson to learn here is moderation, commitment, and personal responsibility which WILL be hard because of the our escapist nature.

As a pinnacle this is harder because according to decoz: edit

Link: http://www.decoz.com/Numerology_Pinnacle_2B5.htm

But you have debt here. So perhaps, yes, have fun and explore during this time but remember not to be excessive with it. Because you're operating on the negative side of the 5 first, not the positive. So moderation, moderation, moderation during this time seems to be the main lesson here.

According to feliciabender, you will experience:

-Inability to hold on to a relationship
-Jumping from job to job
-Struggles with addictions
-Lacking the ability to focus and follow through
-Lacking the ability to commit
-Severe or unhealthy sense of dependence
-Severe or unhealthy sense of independence

-Inability to practice self-discipline

I'm so sorry to hear that you have 5 karmic debt numbers. I thought it was difficult just dealing with one. I searched up more on the 16/7 debt and it makes perfect sense to me. I also read that anywhere a master number appears the higher the chance of eradicating or getting rid of past life choices is higher, so maybe that's why I'm in an 11 pinnacle & my studies have led me up to this. Do you have any master numbers in your chart?

And I hope that I can withstand the test of the 14/5 pinnacle. I just learned that my mother entered into a 14/5 pinnacle about 4 years ago & in those past 4 years she has developed a drinking problem & she is currently in what I would consider an unhealthy relationship. It makes perfect sense. I still live with her (being 21 years old) so it can be a major burden on the family to have to deal with. Hopefully I can put this experience to use in my later years when I encounter the same pinnacle.

Is it true that by working exclusively on issues concerning the 4, we can manage the debt and energies of the 1 more easily?

I honestly don't know what it means when the pinnacle--in your case, the last 2 pinnacles--are the same as the Life Path. Considering that the pinnacles represent--at according to my notebook:

-Your potential for achievement and success
-What is possible to attain at that given time
-Shows the attitude and effort needed during that time
-Are instructive on how to live with the least amount of resistance
-Paint the way toward manifesting your best
-Demands that you live up to the qualities indicated by the number
-Circumstances that will present themselves that will force you to live up to the elements of your pinnacle number

I think that your double 7s means that during the latter parts of your life (pinnacle #3: 38-47, pinnacle #4: 47-death), you will be steered to the direction of your Life Path which is a good thing. If the Life Path is like the overarching lesson we're suppose to learn in the next few reincarnations, you are lucky in this life that you have the universe (or whoever or whatever) working with you to obtain it (and pay off that "bad" karma).

It might be hard, though, because the 7 can be such an isolating number and your LP being a Karmic Debt on top of that. It's also towards your latter life so it might cause some tough emotional situations that you should probably look out for.

Oh! I just remembered. In some numerology books I've read, the 3rd challenge is often seen as the challenge you experience throughout your life, so I'm assuming that the 3rd pinnacle is the same. So your 3rd pinnacle might be a little extra challenging but once it passes, the 4th pinnacle shouldn't be so bad, especially since you're dealing with the same energy again.

The main lesson to be learned from the pinnacle 7 is soul searching, spirituality, introspection, and specialization. So maybe you'll find your craft during that time and perfect it. Basically, I think, age 38 to death will be an extremely important time during your life. Perhaps things will become clearer and you'll find your "calling."

I will come back (eventually) to do your Expression and Heart's Desire, if you'd like. I think those numbers are very important, too, because your last 2 challenges are also 3s. If you like anything else I'll try my best to help!

Edit: I just saw your other post. I'll respond soon, don't worry!

I mean, it is what it is (Karmic Debt numbers). It does explain a lot though. I remember reading some other metaphysical stuff particularly about reincarnation, and it said that in each life we're never given more than we can handle, but feel like I didn't sign up for all this mess lol. My Karmic Debt numbers are a little harder since all my Core Numbers are Karmic Debt ones. It really doesn't help astrologically speaking that I have a lot of squares (15) and personal planets that are retrograde.

I never really researched into Master Numbers that much because the only ones that show up in my chart are as my Personality number (11/2) and first pinnacle (11/2). I think it's interesting that you say that Master Numbers are sort of like good luck indicators in a way, because they help with dealing with our "bad" karma. I think that's a more positive way at looking at the Master Numbers because what I've read they're painted as a burden almost because they usually indicate a person who has to create something bigger than themselves for the greater good of society or humanity, especially those 22/4s.

I think my Master Numbers make me unnecessarily emotional which I really don't like. When I went through a Personal 2 Year, for example, it was EXTREMELY rough. So I would say during your own 11/2 pinnacle to be aware of when you're in a Personal Year 2 or 11/2.

I'm sorry to hear about your mom and her own 14/5 pinnacle. I watch Intervention a lot and I really feel for both the person suffering from addiction and how they inadvertently hurt their families. I hope you're all right and your mom and rest of your family all the same.

I don't know if EXCLUSIVELY working on the 4 will help with dealing with the Karmic Debt and the 1 because there always needs to be a balance (and you also need to take care of yourself, the 1) and with this particular Karmic Debt this is heavily emphasized. But I did find this in my notebook:

"...The key to this Karmic Debt number means commitments will be hard to make until you've learned the lessons of the 4 in the 14, which says, 'You've got to have order to your life to maintain clarity and focus.' The 4 also suggests that mental and emotional stability are called for in order to hold a steady course as your life presents you with endless changes. You must commit to order and structure in your life, and being flexible and adaptable are at the very core of this struggle."

So you can work on the lessons and challenges that the 4 presents to help deal with the 14/5 but I don't think that alone will completely help you because Karmic Debt numbers seem to throw whatever success or progress back at our faces at times, so I say be aware of that also during this pinnacle.

But at least with numerology (and your mom's own experience, unfortunately), at least you're aware of what's to come and know how to deal with it somewhat. It's also important to look at how the Core Numbers's energies interact with the energy of your pinnacles and challenges. Some have harmonious relationship while others don't and some can even be somewhat neutral.

You can check out this site which has a neat chart: http://astrology-numerology.com/num-relationship.html

(I understand the link is specifically talking about compatibility between people but I think it still gets the message across which numbers are harmonious and discordant with one another. You can also look at this chart: http://www.numerology-free.com/harmonious-discordant-aspects.html )

Your 7 LP is sort of in between a harmonious and discordant relationship with your 5 pinnacle (some numerologists may say that some numbers are harmonious while others may say the opposite, and some still may say it's in between; this is one of the things I don't like about numerology; there doesn't seem to be a clear consensus). Do you know if your mom's Core Numbers were compatible with her 14/5 pinnacle?

Your LP and B-day are discordant.
Your B-day is harmonious with your Expression and Heart's Desire.
Your Expression and Heart's Desire are very discordant (it's because they're the same number).
Your LP is discordant with your Heart's Desire and Expression.

Your LP and first challenge are very discordant (again, same number).
Your B-day and first challenge are discordant.
Your Expression and Heart's Desire are harmonious with your first challenge.

Your LP and first pinnacle are discordant.
Your B-day and first pinnacle are harmonious.
Your Expression and Heart's Desire are harmonious with your first pinnacle.

1. Life Path + Birthday + Maturity

The Life Path is our soul’s purpose in this reincarnation (some numerologists say next several reincarnations) but this purpose can have several sub-lessons. These sub-lessons can be found in the Birthday and Maturity numbers. So on your path to become a specialist and holder of wisdom, you have to learn to be a humanitarian and visionary. So in addition to gaining all this wisdom and being spiritual (7), you have to work for the “greater good” without motive (9). You have to be selfless and compassionate. Numerology.com says that you have to learn acceptance and forgiveness, to sacrifice and use your spiritual/philosophical outlook in every area of live. Obviously with that latter part, the 7 LP can help with that. Yet the 7 and 9 are still disharmonious probably because the 7 is the solitary type and may not be so open to using their knowledge to be of service. But that’s just the thing, with a 7 Life Path you HAVE to share your wisdom. People will seek you out for your information so maybe this sub-lesson can help bring that out more. The 9 isn’t associated with teaching and global awareness for nothing.

Link: http://www.numerology.com/about-numerology/18th-birthday-numerology

The Maturity number is slightly different. The 10/1 isn’t necessarily a Karmic Debt but from what I’ve read it’s still karmic. The 10/1 is special. It’s “good” karma, apparently and symbolizes rebirth. Wherever this shows up means that the situations you encounter (in this case in your middle years because that’s when the Maturity number starts to take effect), will help complete or end some karma. Basically you’re clearing karma. So what this can mean is that when you mature (40s+) you will be clearing some past life karma. I don’t know what type of karma, but considering you have a 16/7 Life Path and a lot of 7 energy in your chart, perhaps it’s that karma. OR it may be your 14/5 pinnacle because I think the age numbers sort of add up to around that time. Either way, the 10 reduces to 1 and 1 is disharmonious with 7. The 1 is about independence, individuality, and leadership. The 7 represents analysis, spirituality, and solitude. The 1 and 7 in this relationship can act on each other’s sort of independent nature—the 1 just liking to be a leader and doing things by themselves and the 7 liking quietness and also doing things by themselves. The potential here is that you may become too isolated during this time. Maybe a shut-in even. It really doesn’t help that you’re going through a 7 pinnacle during this time either. I’d say to watch out for your middle years. There will be great growth but that may be at a price of loneliness.

2. Life Path + Expression

The Expression and Life Path can sometimes be conflated. I’ve seen numerology sites and books that basically say the same thing in many different and similar ways: both are your life’s purpose. But this isn’t necessarily true. Your Expression (or Destiny, I even saw some books and sites say that Destiny is an alternative title for the Life Path, too) is how you go about realizing the goals/lessons of your LP AND it is also the past life gifts (read: abilities and talents) that you bring into this waking life.

Your Expression is a 3, so your talents lie in what the 3 represents: a gift for words (and also “speaking your truth”), imagination, creative (self)expression, etc. You are optimistic, social, and enthusiastic but at times can be scattered, indifferent, and superficial. According to decoz, you have to be careful of not scattering your energy and talents, to not be this “happy-go-lucky” type that is irresponsible and fickle. Your creativity, they go on, could have been suppressed growing up, and because of that you may not use your naturally creative talents and instead indulge in superficial things.

So how does this connect to your LP? Well, energy wise, they’re discordant which isn’t all that surprising. The 3 seems to be the opposite of the 7 in many ways. While the 7 is more of a loner type—analyzing, specializing—the 3 is very sociable, likes to be positive, and is scattered at times (the 3 is the “mind number,” after all). But one way I think these numbers can work together or help you is that, although they’re more dissimilar than similar, they balance each other because of that. Your life’s mission, or your soul’s purpose for reincarnating on this planet, is to find the “truth” in all things, to investigate, to be spiritual, and being a creative person can help that. 7s are supposed to bring awareness to others and elevate their thinking and spirituality. They are meant to be this voice of wisdom—they’ve studied it all, they’ve reflected on it and perfected it—so that they can help/serve others with that knowledge. Having a gift for words or at the very least, “speaking your truth,” or being creative in nonverbal ways can help you in either verbalizing or visualizing your specialized knowledge to others. You could be that teacher that explains the most complex stuff in the most relatable manner to students. Or you could be that artist who creates artworks that just says so much about the psyche of the world and where we’re headed.

Another way this relationship could work is that since 7s can be on the secretive side, not always wanting to share their wisdom, having a 3 Expression can help curb that secrecy. Being more social, too, can help dealing with this sense of being different (in the bad way) or alienated from others a lot of 7s feel. Maybe even the 3 can help with others understanding you. In most numerology books and sites, they say that no other numbers but other 7s can truly understand them, but ironically, at the same time, 7s don’t always understand themselves. Perhaps with your 3 energy, people can connect with you on a more creative level and using your creativity, however it manifests, can give you more insight into yourself.

So basically, how you will go about actualizing your LP is by being creative, using your words, and bringing joy.

3. Life Path + Heart’s Desire

The Heart’s Desire can either steer us to or away from our life’s purpose. The 7 and 3 are discordant. The 3 is about optimism, playfulness, and bringing joy and the 7 isn’t… These two numbers are like polar opposites. How you are deep down isn’t in accordance in what you need to do on this Earth. In fact, I think with the Life Path that you have, the experiences the universe may throw at you to steer you towards it may be a little depressing.

The 3 is very much extroverted and sociable. They like to have fun not study! But maybe with this 3 Heart’s Desire (and Expression) you can make the 7 Life Path more fun. Perhaps you’re not as serious and know when to take breaks and have fun. Your natural creativity can possibly help you with the tendency to be lonely and/or be isolated. But at the same time your 7 LP can help you avoid that surface level superficiality of the 3 HD.

4. Expression + Heart’s Desire

You would think that since two numbers are the same they would have a harmonious relationship, but according to my notebook (I wish I had the titles of these books), it says, “If two [Core Numbers] have the same number, the subject will probably start out in life expressing one (or both) negative extremes of the potential instead of the positive potential:

3. Using the energy almost exclusively so that it becomes the focus of a [misbalanced] approach. Positive potential may be expressed at the same time.
4. Almost completely ignoring the potential.” ( Numerology: The Complete Guide by Matthew Oliver Goodwin)

Since you have two 3s (I’ll get to the numbers “behind the number” soon), a “way out” that is described in this book is by adding them up and using the reduced number as an escape, so to speak. So 3 + 3 = 6. The 6 (community, family, unconditional love) is a way to deal with the discordant relationship between your 3s. You don’t have any 6s in your chart nor as one of your Core Numbers so accessing this energy may be hard. Perhaps look at the 6s in your name or date of birth to try to tap into them.

So what is the Heart’s Desire? It’s exactly what it sounds like: what feeds your soul (that’s why it’s alternatively called the Soul Urge), your inner motivation, what you long for/what you want to be deep down, etc. Sometimes the Heart’s Desire is described as the “real/true you” because it’s “rarely expressed openly but…can be readily identif[ied] with…when it is described.” It’s how you secretly view yourself or at least picture/desire yourself to be. It’s funny for you because what you want to be (or what you want) is the same as what you actually are because of your Expression number. I read that for some souls, they reincarnate and basically live the same life that they did in other previous past lives. So say, for example, they were a doctor in a past life. Well, in this one they may become a doctor again or at least have a job/passion for working in the medical field or helping sick people. So however you were in a past life (communicative, artistic, spontaneous) is how you want to be again in this life.

And speaking of the Heart’s Desire and Expression, they “work together for wholeness so that you can achieve success and happiness in this lifetime. They can’t ignore the other.” The HD is supposed to be the “inner path” and the Expression is the “outer path,” and you are fortunate enough to have them align (even though the numbers themselves don’t like that). Since your third and fourth challenges are 3s, again, I think that the middle of your life until you die is going to be very significant, because during that time, you will be pushed to be creative and use that creativity to finally actualize your LP (since your 7 pinnacles align with your 3 challenges).

So numbers “behind the numbers” are modifiers to the Core Numbers. They’re not THAT significant but it’s interesting to look into. With a 12/3, you have the elements of the 1 and 2 working with your 3. You should look at this site since I can’t quote it.

I also found this site which is incredibly long, but if you’re interested you should read it.

5. Heart’s Desire + Personality

The Heart’s Desire is who we are deep inside while the Personality is who we are in front of others. How you present yourself to others (9) is harmonious with who you are deep down (3). So to others you may appear to be charismatic, regal, and compassionate. At the same time you may appear a little aloof (like the 7) and above others (also like the 7). The 3 is, as I said, enthusiastic, inspiring (like the 9), and friendly. These two numbers seem to be group-orientated so they work well together.

6. Challenges and Pinnacles

I kinda talked about your challenges and pinnacles, although in a scattered manner. Anyway, this is your time line:

0-29: 7 challenge, 11/2 pinnacle

Time of introspection (7) and high sensitivity (11/2).

29-38: 4 challenge, 14/5 pinnacle

A contradicting time of hard work and responsibilities (4) and freedom and lack of responsibilities with a dash of karma (14/5). Maybe the 4 challenge makes you realize how important it is to have breaks and relax but this can be hindered (as in you don’t do any work at all) because your pinnacle is a Karmic Debt number and all.

38-47: 3 challenge, 7 pinnacle

A creative time where you will be steered back towards the lessons of your 16/7 Life Path. May be isolating. Will also start to experience the vibrations of your 10/1 Maturity number. So you will also become very independent (or co-dependent) during this time adding to the potential of loneliness. These vibrations (3 and 7) are felt throughout your life.

47-death: 3 challenge, 7 pinnacle

Same as the above but you will be enjoying the fruition of all your hard work at this time. You will probably have an abundance of wisdom and your creativity will be flourishing instead of denied.

7. Karmic Lessons and Debt

Karmic Lessons come from missing numbers in your name. When these numbers become Karmic Lessons that means that in a past life the soul didn’t really explore the themes of that number. The 7 is the most common of these lessons, so common in fact, that this one numerology book said that it’s virtually irreverent. I would say the same but since your LP and pinnacles are 7s I wouldn’t say this lesson is so ignorable. I guess all I can say about the 7 Karmic Lesson for you is that in this life you are actively dealing with the lessons of the 7. Maybe since you have a 10/1 Maturity number, you ARE trying to eradicate this 16/7 karma.

An 8 Karmic Lesson is different because you have no visible 8s in your chart except for your Rational Thought number. With this lesson you’ll probably have money problems and with those in authorities. You’ll have to master the teachings of the 8 which include materialism, finances, organization, and success. I’ll add self-mastery which seems to be emphasized with this Karmic Lesson because people with this placement can get carried away with money and must learn to have self-control.

(I won’t say anymore about the Karmic Debt because I kind of already went over that.)
