2 Question
The Moon-
9 of Pentacles
7 of wands
Over all with the 2nd question, I don't see it happening. There shoud be tons of Cup cards, and defintely the ace of sword with ace of cups, and maybe 2 of cups or lovers.
But the moon is all about hiding/twotiming
9 of pentacles,- is about how he see you, independent and can do well on your own.
7 of wands is very similar to 9 of pentacles. He basically thinks you are so strong, and know what you want, you basically do not need anything else from him. But the great thing about this card and about how he sees you is that you know how to get what you want because you are very determine. so I would say talk to him.

I think you may talk to him again in the future. I think you can move on as well, and maybe will meet someone else who will help you to move on. Either way it goes it will work out in your favor.

Going to keep this fairly short as I'm not picking up a huge amount-

1-crushed on you at the time. Nothing else.
