Saturn also has the ability to shake up aspects of our life's ruled by houses which are in harsh aspect to it (opposite/square). So in your case, you may also have issues with affairs of the chart, lovers, children (5th house) and work issues (6th house). Also travel/higher education (9th house) and communication/siblings (3rd house).

It also goes without saying that if there are natal planets within these houses which are activated by Saturn as it does its round, you may also have to deal with the issues related to their activation:

You'll end up having Transiting Saturn conjunct Moon in Sagittarius. You also have a Virgo Stellium (Mercury, Uranus, Pluto, Sun). So, Transiting Saturn will eventually square that stellium when Saturn is back in Sagittarius. It will eventually square Chiron too (in your 3rd house).
