That's more than enough info H wasn't bluffing, she knows he's seeing someone but I think she doesn't know yet that it was you. Ok on to J, I keep feeling like his mind is somewhere else and he's not processing whats happened with you. Oddly enough there's some calmness on his end. I could be wrong but do you think he feels ok when you suggested a breakup? It doesn't feel like he's going to contact you, he thinks that you meant it when you blocked him and you're fed up with all the problems that's happening. You need to make the first move and reach out to him if you didn't mean what you said about the breakup.
