Because the soul goes through many reincarnations so some souls chose not to. BUrn through the fire and they find our energy and feed off it be it bad or good. I think you and your sister were friends in another life and the mother you had was a nice woman and the mother she had well and you guys bonded in that life that in another life this life you decided to become real sisters..
