Would someone be able to take a look at my natal chart or pull some cards regarding my career?

It has been 2 years since I've had a steady job (minus my 5-week stint as a house cleaner) and 3.5 years since I've earned a regular wage. Clinical depression took me out of the work force from July 2013 to October 2014, and I haven't been able to secure a job since the fall. I'm lucky to have parents who could financially support me for a while, but I had to move in with them in November 2014.

I made it through 2 extensive hiring processes since May, but wasn't offered either position in the end. What am I doing wrong? Am I not a worthy investment? Why can't I get a job? I know I'm a great worker, but sometimes, I feel like I don't get hired because I'm too ambitious. Or perhaps the Universe is trying to tell me that I'm supposed to work for myself. I feel that I'm supposed to be an actor and entrepreneur in this life, but going to an acting school or starting a business requires money and I don't have any of that right now.

Is there light at the end of this dark tunnel? I'm getting pretty desperate and would appreciate help and/or insight of any kind.

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. I hope things will get better soon! I have some comments about your chart towards the end of my post, but first...

I pulled a Leno Celtic cross, asking about your career in general, not any detailed question. I copied the explanations for you, but remember that they aren't adapted to the card position. So for instance, "what's crossing you," may be interpreted as an inability to see a solution to your career problem or perhaps you may be too stubborn to really listen to the advice you receive. Or it can simply mean what it says: that you are not very lucky these days.

Heart of the matter: SCYTHE
Description It is a negative card foretelling some kind of danger coming your way. You should be very aware while driving or crossing roads, using electrical equipment as chances are high for some kind of accident. Avoid rash decisions and control your anger. The others or your environment: HIGH TOWER
Description The tower represents a long life. Something or someone from your past can re-emerge in your life now. The card also indicates things related to some kind of institution, military academy or university. If you are involved with court and legal matters, the proceedings will be in your favor. The tower also indicates solitude.

Hopes and fears: SNAKE
Description The snake warns you to about any kind of base qualities, greed, jealousy, avarice or dark instincts raising their ugly heads in your mind. This is not a positive card, so you must be very cautious in your relationships with others. Guard against treacherous friends, betrayers and liars around you.

The outcome: BIRDS
Description The card says that just like a bird, you will be restless, pausing for a brief period and then setting off for short journeys. The journey may not be in purely physical level as it can also signify flights of imagination. You would take part in conversations or enjoy a fine time with your partner. Take care of your health.

From what I see for the root-cause card and based on your chart, I'm wondering whether you really come across as a team player. I see you more as a headstrong maverick with a lot of personality. I'm an Aqua too and despite the bad reputation I seem to sense in some threads, I believe it's a great sign. However, I *know* that I don't necessarily work well in team. I am a team player to heart, but when it comes to individual tasks I do much better alone because my approach and mental patterns are so "out there." Try to present yourself more open to basic/standard collaboration, even if that is perhaps a white lie. Once you get the job, you can figure out how to become part of the team in your own way.

Also, do *not* abandon yourself to "flights of imagination" no matter what!! I believe in your case it would cause more problems, or even be destructive. Try to figure out your career dreams, but keep them latched in reality. About your career option, with so much Capricorn in H1 and an Aqua sun, I'm thinking you'd do well having your own business in a technology or "futuristic" field. If this seems in line with your dreams, work your way up. You can't start a business overnight with no knowledge. Get a job somewhere where you can learn the ropes, even a job your might not like very much. Think of it as a learning step. Also, for the recent past I got a school-related card. I don't know if you are done with your school, but you might want to consider reading as much as you can in the fields that interest you. If you want entrepreneurial stuff, read ENTREPRENEUR (their articles are free online). I'd recommend that magazine anyways, because it always has articles about positive thinking and "how successful people react," things that *anyone*, no matter their profession, can use to improve his/her life.

The outcome of your predicament doesn't seem too clear for me at this point. The BEAR is actually pretty good in your case, but the BIRDS tell me only that you'd spend a lot of energy worrying about this. Try to use this time constructively even if you can't find a job immediately. Learn as much as you can. Start studding a different field/skill even if it's on your own. You are an Aqua--you can study on your own without problems! Trust yourself.

BTW, I'm sure you know that T-Uranus is conjunct your N-IC. I think this may bring you unexpected events inside your family (parents) that will ripple into an unexpected professional choices or events. Someone else might be able to explain this transit better than I can.

I just looked at your chart and a few things stuck out. I think the places you are looking at are struggling with having money to hire as many people as they would like to.

Your natal Moon and a number of transits to it are impacting your 8th house (other people's money/values) and that's where your frustration is coming from. Transiting Saturn in Scorpio like your natal Moon in Scorpio has made the last months (including most of last year) somewhat depressing, but it will go direct on the 2nd of August. Transiting Saturn isn't right on your natal Moon at the moment, but close enough to give you a restricted feeling there, but things should start getting better after Saturn goes direct the 2nd of August. This transit can be an emotionally maturing one and also help you to understand what you need emotionally in your life.

You won't be out of the woods yet, though, as you will go back and forth--positive, worry, looking at the downside of things over the next few months. After the first of the year things should start getting better overall as transiting Jupiter starts trining your first house planets including your 10th house of career and 6th house of work.

I think some of what is happening now is in preparation for your Saturn return in a couple of years. Whatever you work out now will also help you during that time.

In addition, you have transiting Pluto starting to bear down (conjuncting) on your natal Venus as well as transiting Uranus squaring it, and Venus rules your 10th house of careers, so changes will be occurring there over the next 4 plus years. It's kind of a status quo buster. Pluto usually will take away what you don't need and leave you with something better. It's likely that soul searching will be part of it. The Uranus transit can make you feel like things aren't stable there, so you may get a job and then change to another one quickly until you find what's best for you. The Pluto transit to your natal Venus says don't settle and wait for the job that would be good for you. Think of it like a girl (get the one that is good for you and don't just pick the first one that comes along).

Yes, I agree. Saturn hasn't always been kind to me, but I look forward to its first return. I feel like the Universe is setting me up to pursue acting, which will likely manifest in the next 2-4 years, so the time frame you mentioned seems about right.

No, it is for all cards. Also, you should interpret all cards as an answer to, "What is the problem with my job situation?" That was the question I asked and each card explains an aspect of that predicament. However the cards have a tendency of picking up related issues (or even emotional unrest). So for instance attending the school reunion you mentioned, while not related directly to work, may give you some ideas of how to pursue your career dreams.

In the very strict sense of interpretation of this spread (or at least what I had in mind when I drew it), the heart-of-matter card explains why you can't find a job, while the next two cards deepen that explanation (the second would be an obstacle and the third the hidden or bottom-line cause of your problem). CHILD—TOWER—SNAKE—BIRDS: Your open/simple attitude may help you dealing with a slanderous authority/institution, or may lead an institution to side with you when it comes to a slanderous person. (I guess this could be about that legal case you mentioned, especially if it's somehow career related.)

About the T-Uranus conj. IC, you might want to ask the folks in Astrology 2.0 if they have any personal experience with it.
