It's at least two guys who are gonna be after you!

I think he is rather dark. And charismatic, very smooth, but not without integrity. If he should not be handsome (I think he is though) he will attract with his personality.
Sharing his luck (sorry I don't know why I said it like this, but it feels right) might mean sharing all he has with you, his life? That's my impression.

Now, the blonde might start really bad but you can change that. Just stay correct, behave like a steadfast role model. Even if she doesn't change internally (I don't know if) you will make it impossible for her to bad mouth you after a while.

I drew regarding this: Illness+Man+Thoughts (and Desire popped out)
I think he is someone who is - despite all the opportunity to be a player -very evolved and went through hard times (certainly not financially though) and is therefore caring and thoughtful.
Also I got the feeling he is interesting and one can have a great relationship with him. I would trust him.
