For some reason health seems to be very prevalent in these cards. If i went with my gut instinct I am seeing some type of illness (physical or mental), brought them closer. I do see love here, more than just a trivial bond... But I also see stress. I see arguments and I see whatever illness or ailment that brought them together, splitting them apart. Becoming the thing that seems to be pushing them apart. I see love and dedication in the start, but I see troubles, obstacles, and lying coming in the future.
To try to answer your original question I would say they seem as if theyd be pretty up and down. Id say theres love, but theres also a lot of problems.
Thanks for the reading. Yea, he's not a genuine guy. He's not husband material, but he needs to fake it so that he "tricks" girls into being with him. He has a sick and evil heart. Very sadistic. God Bless the his future wife and children because I know he will abandon them form.
