So what I get is that they are still discussing things and are not really sure of anything, weighing up thw pros and cons of the candidates etc. They defs liked your personality/vibe and you will be hearing from them, but I imagine the offer might not be what you hoped it to be. A bit lower on the ladder, perhaps a lower salary, a duller responsibilities, a slower advancement than you expect it to be.
