Topic: why do i feel lightheaded when I ask my guides things?

When I ask my guides things with my eyes closed I start to feel light headed whenever I ask my guides something. It's kind of like when your falling a sleep and then feel like your falling. I can exchange. Though I've been told I'm not a fair trader. :c If you don't want to read or exchange I understand.  Eh. I'll just read as well. O.O Feelin' generous.  IP: Logged |

Hi Debby, I can't give you an intuitive answer but I would think it's some sort of connection you are making with your guides. Perhaps their spirit is truly filling you in those moments of connecting with them. Does that make sense? I don't think they are harming you but perhaps taking your abilities to a deeper level or trying to anyway. Again not a reading because I can't read, this is all my own thought and theory. I would love for you to read for me as you were accurate for me when you read me. I'll leave a question but if you don't want to read on it that's ok too Ok so I told E no to something last night. I never say no to him. Is he upset or anything with me? Is there any chance we will spend some time together anytime soon. Thank you! Oh one more thing, keep a journal about how you feel and what you see or hear or experience when you have these connections. I think it will help you to understand it better. IP: Logged |

From my experience it's because you are expending a fair amount of energy to 'talk' to them. Usually I get drained when reading for other people, not when talking to my guides- perhaps I'm just used to it?It's always a possibility that you're also not grounding yourself enough- this would be just meditating, or even concentrating on reality, or the physical items in front of you... it's hard to explain, but it helps with the feeling of lightheadedness when I read for people. Also, take it easy, don't do a million readings a day, do one or two or do a couple a week. It's more for you to know your limits and then SLOWLY push them. It's not something which happens overnight. IP: Logged |

Hmm Fairy kinda gave me an idea.. But something is telling that either your spirit guides cant answer that question.. You might need to ask your spirit guides why you're feeling that way. I feel its the questions you were asking them.. I think your spirit guides are doing that for a reason... I feel its either two things but I feel what you're asking them is making it do that.. Ugh this is hard...something is telling me you're doing something wrong... But I can't out my finger on it.  IP: Logged |

But I wasn't reading for anyone. Are they tired of me asking them stuff? I think you're right about taking it slow. How do I ground myself? Maybe that's it. O.O Maybe I just want to connect so bad that I forget to focus on reality and I'm essentially 'losing' energy. Maybe I'm just connecting wrong. O: Did you have a question? IP: Logged |

Hmm... I think you're right about me doing something wrong. D: I wasn't really asking a question though. O was just try to get to know them. :c They don't want me to know them? Am I not ready for their jelly? Hehe I think MinceyMouse was correct when she said I'm not grounding myself enough. Flying too quickly in another plane or just connecting with wrong thing. Thanks Debby. He's not upset with me as it turns out. I don't think he ended up going as he said he had other things to do instead. When I first starting connecting to my guides during the beginning, trying to hear them can be quite difficult and it made me feel weak and a bit strained sometimes. That was because the process was draining my auric field a little. Do work on meditating and forming a strong psychic shield, it will help a lot.IP: Logged |
