This week hasn't been the best to be honest. I've just been emotional all week because I have no clue where I'm headed. I've applied to internships outside of my field and I obviously got rejected because my background is law related. I got two rejections this week.

The thing is, I had a terrible experience working at a law firm and I'm literally paralyzed when it comes to applying to legal internships/law firms. I feel as though another experience in such field will destroy my confidence forever.

Hence, I haven't applied to any legal internship/job. I haven't applied to any job lately because a part of does not care anymore. I don't feel good enough to apply to legal internships because I'm afraid of failing, so I simply don't apply. I literally start shaking when I look at legal internship offers.

During my first internship, I was called "a useless annoyance" by one of the partners. This went on daily during my two week placement so I'm scared to death to apply to law firms.

Don't things like this put you off applying for certain jobs. You definitely won't get that job if you don't apply. The worst thing that will happen is that you don't get it. You will lost nothing by applying, I do know rejection hurts, but is better to apply and get rejected than not apply and think what might have been, at least I think so anyway. Plus focusing on your applications will keep your mind occupied

I did not get a single phone call this week. I haven't gotten one since June, actually.

I started the week feeling at peace because I finally finalized my resume and cover letters which I had been working on daily for the past weeks. I managed to apply for a couple of jobs. Then, things took a turn for the worse the following day.

I definitely had to retreat this week but unfortunately, it was not work related. I got into a heated altercation on Tuesday and I had to isolate myself a little to gather my thoughts together.

A man attacked me because I don't look "white". He called me a disgusting [race] and threatened to beat me up because I'm not white. It happened in a crowded area in broad daylight. No one defended me or lifted a finger. When the attacker fled the scene, a man who witnessed the attack walked up to me to give me his card in case I ever wanted to file a police report. We talked for a bit but it was not work related, he just gave me his professional details.

When I told the story to my parents, they didn't show an ounce of compassion. They even told me it was God "punishing" me for my sins. They told me God turned me into a "crazy woman" because I'm a sinner. They didn't believe my story and laughed at my face. They told me in case the story is true, I'm being too "sensitive".

Hence, I chose to put everyone on a time out. I'm already frustrated and mad because I haven't gotten a single interview in 3 months so I certainly don't want negative/unsupportive people in my midst. I already have enough to deal with as it is.

I think I'm the victim of some kind of curse. I usually have no problem getting job interviews. This time around, I haven't gotten a single call and when the companies scheduled interviews via email, they left me hanging on the day of the interview. They disappeared into thin air. This happened 4 times in the course of a month with companies located in various parts of Europe.

Anyway, this was my feedback for this week. Definitely wasn't a good week and not the outcome I had expected.

I hope next week will be better.

So, this week had initially started nicely as I got a job interview on Monday. It was for a part-time telesales position which isn't exactly what I wanted, but I thought it could be a temporary measure. I was asked to come back on Wednesday or Thursday for a personality test.

I asked to do the personality test on Monday instead because I had another job training/interview Wednesday through Friday. The manager asked me to call him back on Friday but he ended up calling me yesterday. As I was doing a training abroad, I wasn't able to call back. I wanted to call back today but my phone broke down last night and it's been an absolute mess.

Yesterday, as I was heading to the other job interview, I booked a ride which didn't go too well. The driver chose to put some religious audio tape which kept repeating "those who do not believe in God will be burned in hell. Those who once believed and lost faith are lost souls who will never get God's forgiveness" ... Something along those lines for about an hour and a half. He had asked me about my religion before putting he tape and although I was brought up in that religion, I've developed my own values. I said yes because it was his car but it didn't sit well with me.

Then when I went to the job interview/training, I gathered the job was not what I had anticipated. I felt an odd vibe and I didn't like the company culture too much. I had a corporate law background and this job was related to medical regulations which in the end bored me to death. I couldn't wait for the day to end.

I was torn about whether or not I wanted to continue the training until Friday because it also required some expenses (car, train, subway ...). Then, I kept looking for a ride all night and I couldn't find one. I look at train possibilities but the only trains I found were too late in the morning and the last one was impossible to catch at night. I thought about staying at hostels, but those were unsafe and quite expensive. None of these expenses would have been reimbursed anyway, so I decided to drop the opportunity. If it was meant to be, things would have gone differently.

Nothing panned out in the end. Another week gone down the drain.

I've been experiencing this stupid block since June. Every single time I try something, it doesn't work out. I'm tired, really. I don't know what to do.

I feel that cards falling out are precursors to surprises. This month I had a few. So I feel that the cards falling out did predict this.

Week 1
3D 4C 7S
I think you will be feeling a bit impatient with work matters. The 4H 9S 3C fell out while i shuffled - emotionally I think you will be feeling anxious and perhaps even disappointed about something - I think it might relate to an argument (perhaps at work) - 3C and 7S point to this.

I was not disappointed about anything, I was pleasantly surprised as I was offered a position in my old home. I feel that the 4H speaks to this stability, the 9S was more the surprise, and because I writer/teacher/artist I would say that the positive/energetic side of the 3C appeared.

Week 2
6H 4D 5S
I think emotionally things start of feeling balanced this week, work jumps up again, there's stability there but I think there may also be some changes, 10S 5H QH were upright. You might be anxious about these changes. It could be changes around the home - are you planning on moving anywhere or travelling somewhere?

I was not anxious about these changes, there was a lot to do to get everything in order. My partner was incredibly supportive of all of my decisions and really proved that how wonderful he is. I am actually a bit surprised at how many cards fell out in this reading...

Week 3
JH QH 4C
While I was shuffling, the 3H and KS fell out. I think this along with the main spread highlights a reunion(possibly with a dark haired man or someone with air in his chart). I think it is someone you care alot about and they you(sometimes JH and QH can represent a couple - not sure if you're with someone can be just a friend too), I think this reunion/prospect of it will leave you feeling excited or impatient.

No reunion with anyone with dark hair. I started a project with a person who is really great, but I feel like I'm fishing here to make this reading work. This week I was a bit ill this week so I spent a lot of time resting.

No dark haired male still. Moved during this week to my old home. Things went relatively smoothly and I had a great welcome.

The negative thing that happened was that my old mentor. Her partner contacted me and was really bizarre. He does not have dark hair though. I chose to ignore this incident and move forward.

I am really grateful for you as a reader, but this reading was quite off. I feel that perhaps some of what was going on in your life got mixed in. Sometimes this happens. I feel like the amount of cards falling out actually showed this. In that your energy may have been a little bit scattered and unfocused. Also, were you re-shuffling for every week?

Yes I shuffle for every week, reason being, I think each week is a different question and the cards can only be asked one question at a time.
