my spiritual teacher here on earth (passed away last year) handed down her tarot cards to me. I have been using these cards ever since she left on a particular life test that has been completed. I just asked her to answer my last question with the deck. I want to preserve this spread (Celtic) where it will be always visible to me and retire the deck.

Any suggestions on how I could do this?

Hi Mztiny,

I have a deck of cards that had been given to me years ago by my mother. I've read and have been told a few things about tarot cards, so maybe this will help:

The best decks (accuracy) are ones that were given to you by someone else.

Wrap them in black silk and put them in a nice box. I have mine in a latched wooden box.

I'm thinking you could take a pic of the spread and post it to facebook or another social networking personal page that you might have or just on your hard drive. Maybe as the wall paper for your computer or tablet, etc.

You could also laminate the cards--lots of work, but they will be preserved forever.

That is exactly what I was thinking "spring". I did take a picture and them put the spread back in the deck. Sadly I asked many more questions today with the same deck

So I think when I get another deck is when I can officially ask my last question with that deck and retire it. Thank for your input.

Hugs
