In my experience the wheel represents that things will change when the season changes, but let one season come to pass (I.E if you broke up in the summer, in the winter he will contact) and since it's still technically summer a week ago, these cards are saying let the seasons change and he will contact in the winter which to me is confirmed by the world (at the end of the year).
