I asked a yes/no and got

strength, 9 of Pents, 8 of Wands.

8 swords and 4 swords fell out while i shuffled.

I'm inclined to say yes. I think the swords are showing fear, but i think he will build up the strength to ask or at least want to. The cards in the main spread point to a yes to me.

Let me know how it goes, i think you will dance together, but it seems someone will need to come out of their comfort zone to make it happen.
