I am expecting a change this week but at the same time I'm more inclined to not expect it to come through... I thought it was gonna be today but with mercury retrograde things have been delaying left and right for me.

I wanna clarify that when I wrote the card of wishes in the other reading...Wishes represents your desires coming into fruition. Finding personal satisfaction. So you can interpret it in your own way. What is a desire of yours that you would like to see coming into fruition tomorrow? That is a personal answer that I can't really answer. If you don't mind I looked up the 4.spades and the main interpretation I found was "Peace through work" which is a very accurate description for the change I am expecting this week.

Seems like it might be because you've achieved a bit more than her? Seems like there's some competition between you and her, she is tired of always trying to 'get even' almost with you in life. You've got a lot more going for yourself than she does and she's feeling a bit defeated with life in general. Not sure if it's you in particular, but she's defeated about life in general.

interesting the 9.wands came up again, no I don't think so. I think she's too caught up in feeling hurt and defeated to notice. I don't think it would hurt to mention something to her. But know she might snap back since she's hurt/defeated. Sometimes people don't realize what they're doing because they're so inward.

Career: It actually looks to me like there will be a shift in personnel , and it's out of your control. I do see a good opportunity coming out of it for you, but you will be feeling anxiety due to the nature of the situation. Keep in mind though, for you it looks good.

What do you mean by personnel? I'm not employed right now full-time - freelancing at the moment. But a past job is supposed to come back and offer me full-time employment, maybe that's what you are picking up.
