For your question I got mostly pentacles. It seems he is concentrated with making money/building a career or he is just struggling financially and is trying to tie the ends. He has self imposed blockages which don't let him let loose in the romantic department. He is not ready to love yet.

I get the feeling JC is heavily wrapped up in something, experiencing a burst of energy and insight. JC is focused on figuring things out, whatever it is, and on persisting until the objective is achieved. I think JC knows that you two share a connection but I don’t think it is something understood or that will be acted upon. It just is and s/he’s far too absorbed with what s/he’s working on to think about it.
