Well, I didn't submit a cover letter and they came back asking for one. It is an internal transfer to another team in the same division(other city) and I thought my personal statement on my CV would be enough. You were right about that. On the timing question, unfortunatley the thing i asked about didn't arrive, I know timing q's are tough, but i still think it will come as your cards show, it isnt the first time these people are weeks late.

You are also correct on some worries around decision making - this job move was/still is one of them.

Just wanted to give you some FB on that.

Here was the spread,
the magician- rx, page of wands, iv of swords

When i look at 4 of swords it makes me think they tried to deliver but got fed up and sent it back.

Also update on my application: I had an interview, we will see how it turns out though.
