What I am getting for you here is more of a transition process, where I see the difficulties and challenges inherent in the background, but that they do give way to a situation that gets comparatively better over time. I do also get the message for you that you've to be careful with possible competitors in the background whom you're dealing with, as they will only 'eat' at your resources. Centrally I'm seeing lots of hard work and training being put into place, but as I mentioned above that yes I believe it's turning for the much better. The chance is there as I believe. What I think is the girl he was seeing did has potential business connections for him and I heard he is using her for it. Not sure if you have mixed us up hehe.
