I think at present the cards are showing you to be feeling a bit dissatisfied in this area and have had a lot on recently, probably work related things in the way.

Is there someone you're interested in right now? or you know of someone who might be interested in you? That or I think you will meet an admirer pretty soon - because JH is in the present.

I think you will be invited out by a King of Clubs type(fire in his chart). It will be someone who has a real interest in you(both the JH and KC look towards the querent not away). I can't tell from the cards how it will progress so in any event I think you might be invited out. So I think there will be communications between you a male between now and year end.
