1. You are correct, it is a very physical job, and he hasn't had sufficient training there.

They tend to place a lot of pressure on everyone to work fast, and to do an almost impeccable job, but their expectations don't seem very realistic, knowing that they hired my husband with no official experience in this field.

They're pretty harsh in the way that they speak to their employees, and my 44 year-old Leo husband is not at all happy being spoken to disrespectfully. He gave up a well-paying job to do something he likes, and he's accustomed to being treated better. I've had to warn him repeatedly not to go off on his supervisor.

*Also, his natal Mercury is caught directly in the Saturn/Neptune square right now. Neptune is squaring his Mercury exact, Saturn only 2 degrees past exact.
