Yes, he could be the one if you chose him, though you would have to work at it to make it work. Seems like someone is holding back and refusing to see a bit of indecision coming from either of you. I think he reminds you of someone from your past or he either makes you feel very comfortable around him. there may be a lot of intimacy (sex) between the two of you.

The cards couldn't have been more clear Orange, they have practically just slapped the both of us. You know what these cards mean. that has marriage/soulmate/kids written all over it with Magician tied in I think you can make this happen you have everything it takes all the resources if you really wanted it to, sorta like the ball is in your court so to speak...
