You pretty much said it what I mentioned above. Yes you are making a fool of yourself around him. Don't let you guard down so easily. Behave like a lady your age. Rushing things won't be that fruitful. He likes you no doubt, but would prefer a woman/girl who is more in control of her emotions.

I think the main focus will be on your career aspirations. The cards suggests to me that you have been feeling anxious/left out in the cold but things are starting to/will get better for you. I think you might receive an invitation or interview(are you applying for work?). Things might feel abit up in the air at times, I think there will be exchanges/communications with another person too. Cards dont look too bad imo, just keep going, looks like there will be some progress in this area for you.
