Hey,

Would really love it if someone could pull cards on two questions I have about my ex boyfriend. We've been broken up for years now, but our last contact was September 2015. I have thought about him from time to time and I will admit that I've also looked at his social media profiles. However, with each day that passes; I'm learning to accept that the future I thought we had with eachother is highly unlikely. I don't think this makes me SAD anymore.

I think I'm working on the acceptance and the realisation that he is just a person. Someone who makes mistakes. Mistakes like I did and still do. I guess the hate is subsiding, but out of the respect I have for myself and what I learned... I'm choosing to accept the love I have for him. Understand that we have parted and work on attracting better love next time.

Unfortunately... I had a dream about him last night. In the dream, we were in the same room and at the same table and when I woke up... I realised that it had upset my spirit abit. Then it got me thinking about my current Saturn transit and I had a few questions.

Nothing will come of my questions (on my side), I don't plan on making contact with my ex, but I wanted to know:

1. How does 'I' feel about me now (4 months on)?
2. Will me and 'I' have an heart to heart conversation in the next year?

My Q: Should I contact Carl? He's my ex that hurt me the most...I successfully moved on from him I have zero contact with him I changed my phone number and blocked him everywhere. But I have this weird feeling that I should contact him and I don't know why. I don't really want to because he has hurt me and ignored me so much in the past. We never did get closure and it ended very badly. But part of me feels like maybe I should talk to him and listen to forgive and let go.

I do feel like your ex still has a bit of love towards you. Sometimes in dreams, others 'higher selves' come in contact...It's like spiritually you guys are connecting. The 10 of hearts is a card of gathering, I do think that this person does think about you and does want to visit you. Last card is the card of conversation...This person might want to talk to you.

I can see the application of both of your responses. I'm not sure how I feel about a conversation this year anyway... Part of me thinks I'm not necessarily strong enough to do it.

Milly I think you're right about the MercRx and both of our sun signs are ruled by Mercury 😂

I asked if you should contact Carl. My intention was to pull ONE card to get a yes/no answer.

However, I pulled tree in the first instance and because this is a neutral card (in Leno), it didn't give me an outright answer. What I did realise is that it was a sign that I was connected to the right thing.

The tree is symbolic of your feelings and your current state of mind/health and energy. It suggests to me that you've come a LONG way and that you're finally standing firm and tall following what you have experienced with this person.

I asked the question again and pulled:

Coffin - This is a NO card. Which means that I'm getting the idea that contacting him would not be a good idea. I think that perhaps you and I are both suffering from the retrograde blues looool.

I then asked why you shouldn't contact him and pulled:

Letter + Man + Crossroads.

I get the impression that if you were to message Carl, he would be very indecisive. This could mean one of two things in my opinion. It's like that he would take a VERY LONG time to respond as he would be uncertain about whether he really wants to. Or, depending on what you say, he might be a little bit wishy washy with his responses and you won't be able to gage his true feelings/responses.

As a result, you may feel disheartened and I think it would knock you down or hurt you a little bit. I think that's why the TREE came up initially... I think your state of mind or energy would be adversely affected.

The first card suggests to me how he views you. Loving, putting yourself deeply into things and obviously has a sensual nature to it... But more importantly, I think it denotes that there is shared love between the two of you.

The 7 of pentacles however suggests that despite this... there might be sorrow associated with the relationship. So, whether you contact him or not, you are more than likely going to feel disconnected. This leads me to think that there won't be contact between you two, atleast not in the most ideal way.

I did a yes/no spread for you because I wanted to see the possible change of events that would lead up to contact/no contact.

I pulled: House + Flowers + Mice + Clouds + Man

I don't think he will contact you today.

The centre card of mice card suggests to me that something is generally not right about DL's disposition/state of mind. It seems like something is worrying him or occupying his mind and therefore, you're not on his mind.

The first part of the reading (house + flowers) suggests that a celebration at a particular house was supposed to take place and it didn't happen in the way that was planned. Someone didn't show up perhaps? Does he own his own house? Alternatively, maybe it was someone else's birthday and he didn't get an invite, or he did get an invite but the party or gathering was spoilt in some way? (Flowers + Mice).

Another take on these cards (depending on if he is in a relationship with someone else) is that things "at home" have not been going smoothly for DL and his partner.. Instead of his relationship and/or environment being peaceful and happy, it is currently filled with negativity and maybe that relationship/living arrangement is breaking down.

As a result of the possible failed event or bad relationship, I sense that DL is experiencing some worry, and he is also confused (clouds + man) as a result of what is going on. So, I get the impression that he has been consumed by THAT and is not thinking about making contact with you... Well, not until the situation(s)? in his personal life have been sorted.

I'm inclined to say not a heart to heart but maybe some kind of communication. The cards go past-present-future and suggest that after separation there was anxiety/intense thinking. The cards show you're undergoing a transformation and you're about to enter a new beginning in your life. JS is in present and looks to the right, to the future, AC is a new start. 10D makes me think that you will be focusing more on work things. I do think there might be contact between you though(7C makes me think one of you will at least want to but feel confined and not know if its a good idea or not - as 7's for me are about balance), but I dont think it will be a deep heart to heart though.

So, in short I dont think a heart to heart. I think you are moving on with things in your life and focusing more on work stuff, but clubs and diamonds are also communication cards and so I think there's a possibility there will be some kind of communication between you(or at the very least think of it). I can be wrong of course on that but this is what im feeling from the cards.

Let me know if that does happen, it helps with card interpretation

So I asked whether you would meet anyone significant (in terms of love) over the next six months.

I pulled CROSS. So, this would suggest that meeting someone new is unlikely. It may also describe the situation and the fact that fate is working in the way that it in intends re: your love life. Therefore, the next six months strikes me as a period of time when although things may be stagnant. There is a lot going on behind the scenes.

I then asked for some advice for you:

What advice do you want to give to Mattva for this period of time?

I pulled Clover + Key + Moon

These cards suggest to me that you just need to remain positive as happiness is guaranteed (clover + key) and the depth of love that you require is on it's way (key + moon). However, the time just isn't right for you to be involved with this yet. This might even conincide with the fact that you're saying both of your potential suitors are currently unavailable at the moment.

Are you likely to be involved with one of the two guys that you mentioned?

I pulled BEAR. This is a neutral card and one that doesn't give a definitive yes or no. However, I do think that if this was what you wanted (to be in a relationship with either of them), you you would need to possess the qualities of a bear to make it happen. You would need to display a sense of strength and security to one or both of them. You would have to put your foot down and make sure that they didn't override what you believed in/held dear.

It also appears that you would also need to be wise about intimacy - more than likely about sex (LILY + SHIP were pulled as a clarifier). As I get the feeling that if you did become involved with either after about six months, they may be rebounding (ship = personal journey) and attempt to use you and that's why you would need to display the 'bear' like characteristics.

Your reading really resonates with me. As I am looking to change jobs etc. and in a way, I'm not really looking to pick up where we left off with him. I'm semi shut down romantically. Whoever, I will always love him and my loyalty runs deep. So, I can see what you mean about it not being a heart to heart.

I wanted to know how things would progress between you and X over the next 6 weeks.

I picked 5 cards to see how things would progress (as a storyboard) and I also picked an overall card summarise the tone. However, I do think that each card can summarise the key issues of each week.

Anchor + Mountain + Fish + Mice + Ship (overall: Whip)

So, it seems that between both of you, you are working to stablise your relationship and increase the understanding between you. There are desires to create a future; but the spread looks very up and down and I can forsee a lot of emotional turbulence over the next 6 week.

This is symbolised by the ANCHOR, but it's also suggested by the FISH card in the centre which can describe investments of any kind - including emotional investments (that lie beneath the surface) and therefore, this card can also describe the emotional depth that you are trying to establish with eachother.

However, something tells me that this hasn't always been easy going (mountain), or that it's not going to be easy going in the coming weeks.

I think that one or both of you may experience conflicting schedules or demands on your time from more authoraritive figures. So, the closeness that you are trying to develop is likely to be thwarted. However, the cards suggest that this will not last long and that you will come back together and talk about things.

Heart to hearts are likely after the obstacles and this is indicated by the fishes in the centre (week 3). However, it seems that this doesn't last long either (mice) because there is a lot of worry around the connection and perhaps the future of these investment between you.
