Will G sales be successful using the CA platform- its a creative project (bathing suit collection aimed at women ages 17-23 max) campaign that I have to run and I'm worried D: as this one is very big so I want to know if this collection will be successful and the marketing technique for promotion used will it be successful? if not what can I do to get the numbers I seek :-/ their sales quota has to be met.

Also is it wise for me to leave fashion buying/marketing behind? While I am good at it, its highly stressful for me for the time being and sometimes I just lack in creativity. Is this what I'm meant to do?

You can tell I'm completely lost about this.

If the collection will be successful, I get medium to good, so I dont feel it be the best success, like it wont go through the roof, but yes there will be success, it will be selling. I get a stedy stram of selling. You will see it do well and get a nice reputation.

When it comes out you will right away see where you can do more marketing. I get a more push into social media, you will get feedback which would help make the promotion even better, although it will start of good, first few weeks will show you how to do it best and what works. Well social media is the way to go, bloggers, give aways and such will give you.

Now on to you,
you are obviously not happy and I dont think you need anyone else to give you the go ahead to quit as this is something your heart is telling you.
I dont get that you lack creativity but that its more a lack of confidence in what you do. But being not happy will not get you anywhere.
You, I get were meant to do this for a time being, it was supposed to give you the skills and experience for other things in your life. I dont feel you should quit right away, but that you need to make a plan and write out what you do wish to do.
You need to see what WILL make you happy and go for it. Your experience now wil give you open doors to more things than you think.
Did you ever think about doing something on your own?

I still see you in fashion in long run, I feel this would give you success and also would very good at. I do get fashion being a part of what you should be doing but also something where you would have more say on work load.

Long run I get you being your own boss, I really feel you need to write down what your dream job would be and go for it as I feel experience you are getting now will be a great asset in this.

Wow, these seem like perfect cards. SO I feel you are being told that you need to spread your wings, not to let fear lead and you to spread you "scent" around to be proud to show who you are and what you are made of.
Once you go into the unkown and spread your wings you will see that it can be easy to. I feel that the cards are telling you that you need to be confident in what you know and be proud to show it and be confident that you have something great to offer and have to go for it. Leave the fear behind and have more faith in yourself!

Being on the creative side would be something - such a hazy world for me but OH so much pretty.

Thats so awesome! I hope its successful or at least that we will be able to meet 92% of sales quota, I made sure I picked out what would sell and what wouldn't but for some reason this in particular makes me nervous - so much risk :-/ hopefully it will market well.

I get within the next 4 - days or the 24th
And YES, you will be in constant talks with this man as this person seems to be destined to be in your life for the long haul. <3

I think the cards are saying that you are good at this. It seems that you are making money from this or at least getting some type of financial increase.. I could say that this card is saying that you could have success in this but it seems that the card after this is saying that you are depressed or just not happy with this. It shows that you want to leave or you may think something else is maybe better for you. This is weird... The next card is you maybe giving.. Are you doing alot? Are you talking alot? It seems that you are doing most of the giving or that you mostly in control alot and it seems that you might not like that? Trying to figure it out... But it seems that you are asking yourself questions about this. I think you are trying to figure out what to do next because you have tried or that you need to think what to do next... Is it worth leaving? Etc..

I dont think I answered your question.. *sigh*

As I asked for clarification about your situation, it seems that you should try to ‘join forces’ with your intuition so as to get a better outcome for your business projects, which I get are very dear and important to you. You are very centered and ambitious with this project. Don’t worry, I'm getting that things will eventually get better.

First of
@IntuitiveFish, you were right sales are going steady. I just got the report for the past 3 weeks and we are at 73% out of out 92% quota this campaign will end in April. So hopefully fingers crossed that we get there. We have expanded into social media right again we have an Instagram/FB. We have expanded all over South American and the US. Our next step is Europe, I have been keeping an eye on some European Bloggers and yes we are going to send them out some freebies so they can do promotion.

I'm a beach girl always have been always will be I think I'm a Pisces deep down (would explain the infatuation with Virgos) must be the 3 planets in the 12th house though.

But truth is I won't be there for long, I have other design ideas on my mind and I want something that's my own, but I'm learning so much here you have no idea more so than any other place I've worked for must be because I'm happy here (well it fluctuates). My career aspirations are taking me far away from the creative fields though :-/

Thank you so much for the reading, yes I'm not fully satisfied but when we get something in the end are we ever really satisfied? I am gonna leave as I have some major things going on right now and I need time to myself. I think its meant to play out this way. Yea I'm mostly in control, I'm a control freak, you know "if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself" mentality.
