It seems he doesn't really know how MUCH you feel for him. And that he'll soon realise it. 3 of cups is very positive card, there is going to be good news from him comming to you, he will realize it and there might be some celebration about it. Can say yes or no, but there is a possibility. And I got some grounding energy in the previous readings so there is definitely a chance.
