I could've worded it better to begin with but I'm honestly not the best at asking/phrasing these questions lol. You're actually SPOT ON regarding A's work situation. He was recently "promoted" after another employee suddenly quit and he's been pretty tied up with being trained to fill in that guys spot until they find a replacement or decide to place him in that position. He's been assigned more hours and still has yet to see a raise, he's definitely mentioned his frustration with that. I can see things being stuck since I'm kind of in a weird place in my life. I actually asked this question because of this inner dilemma that I have. I like him as a person and we get along fine but I don't know if it's a good thing/healthy to be in such a relationship when I'm dealing with mental health/personal issues. I wouldn't want to be a damper on anyone and so I've kind of pulled away and kept things really clear-cut and to the point between us. I should mention that this is not an actual romantic relationship, but rather a casual set-up between us. I'm not sure about the fidelity thing though. We're not attached and as of late (in my thinking of possibly cutting things off), I've been really going over somehow mentioning to him that maybe he should see other people just so that if I do decide to end our casual set-up between us, he'll already have someone else. So that's basically where I am/where things are and no need to be sorry! Thanks! He is a coworker of mine, I really like this guy but we rarely get scheduled together and I am thinking of leaving my current work and he is too, so there is a huge possibility of separation. As of now, we are just getting to know each other, we enjoy talking to each other, he finds that we are similar but his best friend is an obstacle. His best friend really is into me and yeah knowing him, it's friends before girls. In the beginning, his best friend made it seem like me and him would never get along, which was wrong. His best friend might be another aspect of us separating. It's frustrating, this isn't the first time this happens.
