Okay, first of all, his moon is in your 1st house. This is a really good placement to start with. You both feel emotionally comfortable with each other. Since he is the man here, and as the moon, he feels better in this position, because here you are probably the one to catch up his feelings and know how to comfort him whenever he needs it. It is like, he doesn't even need to do anything for you to know what is he feeling. You already know, you don't even need to look at him!! HahahahWith the moon being in Gemini, there is a more light comfort ability between you. You feel good around each other, you like to talk a lot with each other, he feels you understand him very well and likes it, giving you in return (probably) a lot of emotional support.
With his Saturn in your 5th house, whenever you are around him, you feel it difficult to have all the fun you want, to act out your inner child, to be creative, to be romantic without caring what others say. You care about what he says, because he probably judges you a little in these matters. Or he probably doesn't let you completely act with your heart.
Be careful of him trying to control you, since your Sun/Moon conjunction is applying to his Pluto. He may feel a strong need to control you, to possess you, and everything Pluto related. This placement grants a lot of magnetism between each other. Both of you feel intense feelings towards each other. You find him mysterious and intriguing, and he finds you intriguing and mysterious as well.
AND, be careful of trying to control him too. Your Pluto is in an applying conjunction to his Venus/Mars conjunction. This is a more sexual/romantic type of control. Probably you feel the need of being the only one that he loves, or expresses affection to, or the only one he directs his energy towards. From his side, since his Pluto aspects your sun and moon, he may try to control your entire being, as well as your emotions. He may try to manipulate you emotionally, and you may try to control him with sex and romance.
He may feel really comfortable talking with you, communicating in any way with you and having you in his day-by-day life. And this communication thing is more true when we see that both your mercurys are in a conjunction. So, you both express your words and intellect the same way, as well as having same ways of thinking things through.
There are a lot of planets from your side falling into his 4th house, so this means he feels at home when he is with you. He feels familiarity coming from you. He likes this thing because he finds comfort here, and finds it easy to spend time with you and to show you his intimate side. He feels an intimate connection with you, cause there are a lot of planets involved. And these planets are Mercury, Jupiter and Venus, plus his north node, the asteroid Juno (which is the asteroid of marriage, the ideal partner) and the Vertex. So this are all good planets/points. As I said before he enjoys a lot being with you and feels really happy and optimistic when he shares his private part of himself with you. Plus, as I said a lot of times here, Mercury is involved, so he likes to talk to you, again. He may find you as the perfect partner to start a family with (Juno). Plus, this intimate connection between you may make you learn more about your north node lessons.
AND, his Jupiter tightly conjuncting your IC, SO, you may also feel from your part an intimate bond with him, and feel free, optimistic and happy when with him and when showing him your most private side!
Be careful though, with his Neptune falling into your 7th house. You may fantasize a lot about him as a partner, or idealize too much his qualities for being your partner, putting him in a pedestal. It is like, you don't see his imperfections, which are important if you both want to have a serious relationship, and then you think he is the ideal partner for you. But it may not be the case. Be careful here, because he, subconsciously may play a part in this fantasizing thing. He, without realizing, may show you only parts of himself which you like, adore, or see as perfect in a partner.
Plus, with your Venus conjuncting his Uranus, you may not always feel stable love coming from his side. He may not give you love always, he may want to be free. Or maybe there was an instant spark between the two of you, which may suddenly disappear from his part. Or one of you may suddenly lose interest in the other one.
Your Saturn squaring his moon, may make him feel somewhat restricted whenever it comes to his emotions. Even if we before talked about how he feels comfortable by your side in an emotional way, sometimes you may start judging him about his feelings, or restrict him and put him boundaries. You may want him to be more of a grown-up man. And probably, the restrictions you give him may come up from a place of insecurity from your part.
Finally, his Lilith conjuncting your Mars. I have never practiced with Lilith, mostly because I find it a lil bit hard to understand, but in this synastry it is the first thing that I saw, and I feel it may be important.
Basically, this aspect screams sexuality. I don't know if from your part being Mars or from his part being Lilith, but If I had to choose, I would say from his part. In a mans chart, Lilith is considered to be what drives him crazy sexually about a woman. And in anyone's chart, Mars is ones sexual drive. So, I think he feels totally sexually attracted to you with this aspect. And, sometimes, he may show you a little bit of hate too, but that's because He is probably scared of you somehow, maybe he finds you too irresistible that he starts being a little scared.
