I dont know if the cards will answer your question so specifically, but here goes nothing lol.

This card , Plantain, is about being calm and not being so stressed.

Plantains are extraordinarily resilient. You are being called upon to display a similar characteristic. If you let people 'walk all over you', you may need to look at becoming more assertive and defending your boundaries more robustly.

The second card I pulled,Mandrake I about easing pain..

Your reading is amazing! Yes, I'm holding too much of myself. I do have the fear of getting involved again, AND I want to do everything to my parents... Sometimes I feel drained, and I just need some fun. I hope that the Clover gives me some luck, I feel that I need to be happy, and with another is just a help.
